Dantech – iTero Lumina Pro Scanner Launch

Dantech Dental Lab proudly announced its partnership with iTero at the launch of the next-generation Lumina Pro Scanner, on August 29, 2025, at the Courtyard Marriott, Chennai.

The event marked a significant milestone in advancing digital dentistry – where innovation meets precision. Dental professionals, partners, and industry experts gathered to witness the unveiling of the iTero Lumina Pro Scanner, experiencing firsthand its cutting-edge capabilities that promise enhanced accuracy, speed, and comfort in digital impressions.

The evening featured engaging demonstrations and presentations. Following the welcome addresses, Dr. Neeraj Kinariwala, a Director at the Karnavati School of Dentistry in Gujarat explained the key features of the scanner and its advantages especially when used for patient education and for complex cases. Following this, Dr. R. Hariharan, shared his remarkable experiences using the iTero Lumina for implant cases and along with the workflows that he uses in collaboration with Dantech Dental Lab to provide superior prosthetic outcomes. Finally, Dr. Shivashankar Mahadevan closed the evening with an electric presentation on the full-arch dental implant workflow using the iTero Lumina, in particular focusing on its use for scanning edentulous arches.  Attendees had the opportunity to interact with the experts, explore the latest features of the Lumina Scanner, and envision how this breakthrough technology will transform patient care and clinical workflows.
