We are proud to have played a part in the journey of a talented candidate preparing to represent India at the WorldSkills Competition 2026 in Shanghai, China.
As part of this initiative, the candidate spent over six weeks at Dantech, undergoing an intensive training programme focused on technical precision, consistency, practical expertise and competition readiness.
Building Skills. Building Confidence.
Under the leadership of Dr. Stephen, VP-Learning & Development, the programme combined hands-on practice, technical mentoring, continuous evaluation and refinement.
Each stage of the training was designed to strengthen the candidate’s capabilities, improve accuracy and build the confidence required to perform at an international level.
For Dantech, this was more than a training programme. It was an opportunity to share our industry expertise, mentor emerging talent and contribute to the development of India’s skilled workforce.
A Collaborative Commitment to Skill Development
The programme was conducted in association with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC), under the skill-development ecosystem of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
This collaboration brought together industry expertise and structured skill development, creating a focused environment to prepare the candidate for one of the world’s leading platforms for vocational skills.
Taking Excellence to the World
After six weeks of dedicated training and preparation at Dantech, the candidate now takes the next step towards the WorldSkills stage in China.
