Preparation of the authentic sweet Pongal combined with exciting team-building activities were the main highlights of the festival
Day 1- Jan 11th marked the Rangoli Competition
Rangoli Competition – Employees showcased creativity through traditional and conceptual designs. The vibrant rangolis enhanced the festive atmosphere and highlighted the cultural values associated with Pongal.

Ethnic wear: Employees wore the traditional attire, with men folks wearing Dhoti & Shirt and women folks wearing Saree & Churidar etc.

Workplace- Employees actively participated in decorating the workplace, arranging ceremonial items, and beautifying the place with flowers, garlands, and traditional décor.This collaborative effort strengthened team bonding and employee engagement across departments

Food – Preparation of Chakara (Sweet) Pongal – the traditional sweet dish that symbolizes prosperity, gratitude, and togetherness.

Uri Adi (pot-breaking) Game – A game event encouraging teamwork, enthusiasm, and interdepartmental interaction. The activity created a lively environment filled with excitement and laughter, while allowing employees to display their skills and sportsmanship.
Everyone appreciated for the arrangements that were made , exchanged their happiness and had a great time .
